Our Stick Replacement Policy protects your purchase for up to 90 days — and we make the process easy.
🟢 First Skate Guarantee: If your stick breaks on its first skate, we’ll issue a 100% credit toward a replacement.
🟡 Break Within 30 Days: Get 45% off the replacement price.
🟠 Break Within 60 Days: Get 20% off.
🔴 Break Within 90 Days: Get 10% off.

How to Register and Qualify
To be eligible for replacement credit, just follow these simple steps:
1. Register your stick within 72 hours of delivery (Custom Sticks qualify for replacement credit with “in stock” sticks and Goalie Sticks do not qualify for replacement.).
2. Include your stick’s serial number and the date/time of your first expected skate to qualify for the First Skate Guarantee.
3. If it breaks, take clear photos of the break with the serial number sticker next to the damaged area.
4. Submit the Replacement Request Form within 24 hours of the break.
5. Once reviewed, you’ll receive an ABHS Gift Card with the amount of your credit, ready to use on your next stick.
