If your All Black Hockey Stick broke during normal use and you’re within the eligible time window, you’re in the right place. Use this page to submit your replacement request and receive a discount toward a new stick.

Our goal is simple: we want to keep you on the ice without breaking your bank. That’s why we offer a tiered replacement policy based on how long you’ve had the stick.

🔁 Our Replacement Discount Policy

Once your stick is registered, you’re eligible for the following credit levels:

  • 🥅 First Skate Guarantee – If your stick breaks the first time you use it, you receive 100% credit toward a new one.
  • ⏱️ Within 30 Days – Receive 45% off a replacement stick.
  • 📆 Within 60 Days – Receive 20% off.
  • 📆 Within 90 Days – Receive 10% off.

To qualify, the stick must have been used under normal playing conditions. We don’t cover abuse or damage caused by off-ice use, but if your stick broke in a game, practice, or training session—we’ve got your back.

📋 What You’ll Need to Submit

To request your replacement discount, please provide:

  • Your name, email, and phone number
  • Your stick’s serial number
  • Photos of the broken stick (showing damage)
  • The short story of what happened to cause the break.

Once reviewed, we’ll send you a custom gift card code based on the eligible replacement window.
