The shaft is carbon fiber, and paddle is high quality PU with carbon. it's made by one-piece spear technology. special reinforcement on edge part to protect stick.
The length is determined by measuring the distance from the bottom of the blade to the top of the paddle/ bottom of shaft. See the image.
